More and more people are realizing the real benefits of meditation

More and more people are doing it and realizing the benefits, specially a vast number of athletes and people with stressful jobs (who doesn't have a stressful job these days??). Meditation has been proven to bring several benefits and it doesn't need to involve any mysticism. A few decades ago, if someone saw you running they'd ask you "who are you running from??". Try it a few minutes once or twice a day and you will notice the difference in a few weeks.
