Reincarnation is a fact. There truly is a reincarnation of what used to be our flesh into other living beings. We are often and in great part reabsorbed into the ecosystem after we die, and even while we live. Most of the mass we lose during our life is lost through the exhalation of carbon. That same carbon is reused for instance during photosynthesis in plants. So reincarnation is very real.
Transmigration on the other hand seems to me like bogus (although the essence of what makes us "us" is passed though our genes and our ideas). If there is a religion that says these things I have not heard of it. Even the "best" ones have too much mysticism attached.
